Demolition Notification

The Braddock West Team would like to share an important notification regarding the demolition of the ten residential properties located on the Braddock West site. Demolition services have been scheduled to start tomorrow, March 3, 2023, barring inclement weather. Demolition services will involve the removal of the ten existing residential properties and all trees located on the site. The final product of the demolition will be a cleared and flat-graded site.

We are excited to be able to begin the removal of these properties and start the next chapter of the future West Street development.
