Where Are We Located?

Courthouse West, located at 2636 Wilson Boulevard in Courthouse, encompasses an existing retail bank and a surface parking lot.

What's in the Works?

The Courthouse West infill development plan will consist of a mix of for-rent housing options and neighborhood-serving retail. This retail space and housing will be linked by an activated landscape program featuring redesigned pedestrian spaces connecting the Clarendon and Courthouse Neighborhoods.

What's Happening Next?

Arlington County recently approved the Special GLUP Study document which outlines guiding principles for the redevelopment of the Courthouse West block. CRC Companies plans to submit a detailed plan of the envisioned project to the County in the upcoming months. The stakeholder engagement process will include a series of public meetings led by the County to discuss the project and provide feedback.
