Construction Notification

The Braddock West Team would like to share information regarding upcoming construction activities. With the demolition of existing properties and trees now complete, the Braddock West construction team will begin the installation of structural piles on April 5, 2023. Construction hours of operation will be Monday - Friday beginning at 7:00 AM and concluding at 3:00 PM, taking approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. During this time, construction operations will be relatively noisy as pile driving is an intensive process.
