What is currently planned?

The future town center at MetroWest encompasses approximately 10 acres of land directly south of the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro Station. It is currently approved for up to 900 residential units, 300,000 square feet of office, and at least 55,000 square feet of retail.

    What are the next steps?

CRC recently secured administrative approvals from Fairfax County for the two southernmost parcels of the future town center, known as Buildings 6 and 10. The mixed-use, multifamily buildings will include more than 550 rental apartment homes and approximately 14,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail. CRC has also submitted the final site plan for approval and will process building permits when ready.

    When would construction begin?

Sitework construction for Buildings 6 and 10 could begin as early as 2022, pending site plan approvals by the County.
