New FAQ Section

The Braddock West team would like to thank all community members that attended the pre-construction meeting on August 23rd. We were excited to be able to share information regarding upcoming off-site construction as well as hear from you.

The purpose of the August meeting was to inform community members surrounding the Braddock West site of construction commencing September 2022 including public utility improvements along Madison, N. West, and Wythe Streets. These utility improvements will require that commuting patterns be altered to allow for efficient and safe construction. For more information regarding upcoming construction efforts and corresponding road closures, please review the August 23, 2022 – Braddock West – Pre-Construction Meeting Presentation located under the document library section. As of now, we are still working towards finalizing the start date of off-site construction and will communicate that information once it is set.

In addition to distributing construction information, we received many thoughtful questions that are pertinent to all members of the Braddock West community. With that, we have added a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section to the Braddock West website that will serve as a way for us to communicate any questions that we receive, as well as a place for community members to reference. We have updated this section to include all questions that arose during the pre-construction meeting and as construction progresses, we will continue to post questions to this section.

As always, we greatly appreciate your questions, feedback, and ideas for the Braddock West development. Please continue to check this site for updates on the project as off-site construction will begin in a few short weeks.
